The Exercise

'vitality through total alignment of the whole

designed for people between 5-feet and 5-feet 11-inches tall.

adjustable support bar, easy-glide casters, an air pump, and a
desktop guide to get you started on your workout. It goes a
long way to give you a solution to build a healthier back,
relieve the pain, and improve your overall well
being.

Sample Reviews Of the Exercise Ball
Chair
Core Strength Posture Date: July 23,
2010
'My interest in the exercise balance ball chair began with the
knowledge that core strength is all about posture. So,
I purchased my exercise ball chair for my home
office. Sitting on the ball chair encourages me to sit up and
take notice of my posture at all times.
Whenever I tire of sitting up straight in my ball chair,
I do small bounces up and down to
stimulate the immune system. The Desktop Guide
book that comes with the ball chair has some very
beneficial stretches and
movements. I like that the chair is lightweight,
and that the ball can be removed to do a workout and then
be replaced back in the chair out of the
way.'
Good
Purchase! Date: December 27, 2009
'Some of the other reviews left me skeptical, but I'm very glad
I went ahead and purchased this pilates ball chair. There
are complaints about height; I am 5'7 and it's
not a problem. I am 7 months pregnant and use this pilates ball
chair at work. It helps me keep good posture, which
in turn helps backaches after work. I teach, so i don't just
sit all day, but it definitely does its job. Plus
it was extremely easy to assemble and all my students
(teenagers) think it's awesome.'
Very comfy!

'Got this swiss ball to help with my posture while sitting at
the computer all day--love it!! Helps tilt your pelvis so
your spine stacks over the pelvis instead of all
slumpy. I feel more alert when sitting up straight, and can
lift my collarbones and move shoulders back and feel
even better! I too had the wheel lock issue and we just
put the locking wheels on the rear instead of right by where
you tend to kick the front
ones--try it!'
When you are stuck
sitting - this is the chair! Date: March

'I have had a pilates ball chair for the last 3 years at work
and it is great! I am am outdoorsy person and hate to sit
for hours on end but when I have to I will only
use this ball chair. It forces you to sit up straight and
really improves your balance.'
Love this
chair! Date: January 29, 2009
'I bought the exercise ball chair to use at work to help with
balance. WOW! I love it!! Helps not only my balance but my
posture by forcing me to sit up straight. Both my
job-share co-worker and I think it is the best chair ever! Only
problem was getting my husband to
give it back so I could actually bring it into the
office. He borrowed it to "try" in his
home office and had a hard time giving it
up. I told him to order his own!'
